How to use the OKEYHAUL Spreadsheet and place an order
Learn how to use the OKEYHAUL Spreadsheet to find a product link, check the seller’s listing and note the colour, size or version you want. To order and pay, use the seller or shopping service linked from the product page. This website does not take orders.
Use the spreadsheet to shortlist products, then verify the live listing and exact option before ordering through your chosen purchasing provider. After arrival at the warehouse, review your own QC before selecting items for international shipping. Product discovery, a purchase order and an outgoing parcel are three separate stages.
Quick checklist
- Open the current listing and identify the seller.
- Confirm the exact colour, size, quantity and price.
- Save measurements, return conditions and your own records.
- Track the purchase order separately from the outgoing parcel.
What does an OKEYHAUL Spreadsheet help you do?
Choose a category and compare a few products using their details, measurements and available photographs. A product entry is a starting point for checking an item. Its reference price and QC count do not reserve stock, certify the seller or describe the condition of the unit you will receive.
| Stage | What you should have | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Product discovery | A product record and a usable seller listing | Compare the option, price and measurements. |
| Purchase order | An item reference, payment record and seller option | Follow seller dispatch and warehouse arrival. |
| Warehouse review | QC for your own ordered item | Resolve problems before packing. |
| International parcel | A packing list, quote and parcel reference | Pay for the selected shipment and monitor tracking. |

What should I do if a product link does not work?
Open the product record and check that the current seller link still shows the intended item. Compare the title, images, seller and option selector together. Taobao, Tmall, Weidian and 1688 can present quantities and options differently. A Yupoo album may only be a gallery; confirm the actual purchase link before submitting an order.
| What you see | What it means for your order | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Page unavailable or login required | The item and option have not been verified | Try the usable seller destination; leave it out if details remain inaccessible. |
| A different product appears | The entry may have changed | Find and verify a current listing before paying. |
| Album photos but no checkout options | You may be viewing a gallery | Obtain the seller purchase link and confirm it can be processed. |
| Price changes after choosing a size | The headline price may be for another option | Record the price of the selected combination. |

Select the option before comparing the price
Choose the colour, size and quantity first. Check whether the amount shown belongs to that combination, a deposit or another option. Review minimum quantities and domestic delivery charges. If a listing has changed or its option names are unclear, resolve the difference before payment.
Check fit, stock and return conditions
Use the chart for the selected item rather than a similar listing. Compare measurements with something that fits, and ask about missing measurements. Establish whether the item is ready to ship, a preorder, made to order or second-hand. Confirm any return exclusions before choosing an inspection that opens seals or removes packaging.
What information should I keep for my own records?
Keep a personal record of the product URL, seller, selected option, quantity, displayed price and date checked. Save the relevant listing images and measurements so you can compare them with what arrives. These records help you track your choice; they are not a required checkout form. If a detail is unclear, resolve it with the seller or service before paying.
Check your payment and order details
Check the currency, item subtotal, domestic delivery and any purchasing or payment charges. Keep the order confirmation and reference number. The purchase order identifies the goods bought from a seller; the international parcel is created later and has its own packing, payment and tracking details.
Walkthrough: a selected hoodie
Suppose the seller offers Grey / M and Grey / L. Your reference hoodie measures 55 cm across the chest, but the listing shows M at 53 cm and L at 56 cm. First decide which measurement meets your fit preference. Then save the selected option, its own price and delivery charge. A photograph labelled “grey hoodie” without the option and chart is not a complete order instruction. This is a fit example, not a recommendation for every hoodie.
Follow seller dispatch and warehouse arrival
Watch for stock questions, price adjustments and messages about dispatch. Once the item arrives, match its own warehouse photos to the saved option and order reference. Request a missing view or measurement promptly, keeping both storage and return deadlines in mind.
Move to the next stage after inspection
Resolve wrong options, visible damage and open return requests before selecting the item for packing. Then use the shipping guide to choose compatible contents, packaging and a route. Keep the final packing list and tracking reference for the delivery check. Detailed QC, packing and arrival steps are covered in the linked guides below.
Common questions
Can I buy directly from this spreadsheet site?
Product buttons open the linked product record. Ordering, payment and warehouse services are handled by the provider you choose.
Is a gallery photo enough to place an order?
Confirm the seller, usable purchase link, exact option and the purchasing service’s ability to process it.
What if a link now shows a different product?
Leave it out of the order until you locate and verify the correct current listing. Old descriptions and QC references may no longer apply.
Why are the item and parcel paid for separately?
The item order is placed before the final international parcel is packed. Freight depends on the selected contents, measurements, packaging and route, which are determined later.
Should I keep ordering while one item has a problem?
You can keep a shortlist, but resolve the affected item promptly. Another purchase does not pause its return or storage deadline.
