OKEYHAUL QC photos: warehouse inspection checklist
QC (quality control) photos help you check an item’s visible condition. Review photos of your own order before it is shipped internationally. Learn which views and measurements to request, what photos can show and when a visible issue needs a recheck or return.
Open the QC attached to your own order, match the option and inspect the visible details that could change your decision. If a view is missing or an issue is unclear, request a specific photo or measurement before packing. QC is a visual review; it does not prove authenticity, fit or long-term performance.
Quick checklist
- Match your own order’s model, colour, size and quantity.
- Review useful angles, labels, accessories and visible condition.
- Request a specific missing view or measurement.
- Resolve concerns before packing and before return eligibility expires.
Are these my order’s QC photos or reference photos?
Product records may include seller images or QC from previous purchases and different options. Use the photographs attached to your own order when deciding whether to ship. A high QC photo count describes available evidence when checked; it is not a quality score or a guarantee.
What can a visual warehouse inspection confirm?
Confirm what the standard service includes. A visual arrival check may compare the requested model, colour, size label and quantity, and flag obvious exterior damage or missing accessories. Give the warehouse a clear specification. Do not assume an unrequested measurement or hidden detail has been checked.
| Evidence | Useful for | Does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Size-label photo | Reading the visible option label | Actual fit or measured dimensions |
| Front, back and close-up views | Visible shape, marks and missing details | Authenticity or material composition |
| Ruler photo with clear endpoints | A specific measured distance | Comfort when worn |
| Sealed-package exterior | Visible packaging damage or seals | The condition or scent of hidden contents |

Which QC views should I request for each category?
For shoes, review both shoes, side profiles, heels, soles and size labels. For clothing, check front, back, labels, seams and the details that matter to the fit. For bags, include straps, fastenings and the interior where accessible. Inspect winter garments for visible panel, fastening and stitching issues without treating appearance as proof of insulation performance.
| Product | Useful views | Question to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Sneakers | Both shoes, inner and outer sides, heels, soles, size tags | Do the two shoes match the ordered option and each other? |
| Tops and trousers | Front, back, labels, seams, requested ruler view | Is there visible damage, and are the key dimensions suitable? |
| Bags | Exterior, interior, fastenings, strap anchors, accessories | Are visible parts and listed accessories present? |
| Caps | Front, side, rear closure and interior label | Does the visible shape and adjustment match the option? |
| Down jackets | Panels, stitching, fastening, labels and flat measurements | Are there visible construction issues? Warmth cannot be confirmed from photos. |
| Perfume | Accessible bottle, box, seals and visible leakage | Is the exterior intact without unnecessarily breaking seals? |

What should I check on sealed items and perfume?
An unopened package may only receive an exterior check. Ask whether opening is possible and how breaking a seal affects return eligibility before authorising it. With perfume, inspect accessible packaging and the visible bottle condition; exterior photos cannot establish scent, formulation or the condition of concealed contents. For the terms used in fragrance descriptions, see perfume notes, families and concentration.
Which measurements will help me check the fit?
Name the order, selected size, measurement and the exact points between which the ruler should run. Ask for garments to be laid flat without unnecessary stretching. Compare the result with the listing and a suitable reference item. The sizing guide explains which measurements are useful for shoes, tops and trousers.
How do I ask for a QC recheck?
State what looks wrong and where it appears, such as a stain near a cuff or damage to a buckle. Save a marked image and compare similar angles. Lighting, shadows and image compression can affect appearance, so request a clearer view when the evidence is inconclusive. Check the cost and scope before ordering additional services.
Keep the limits of inspection clear
A visual check does not authenticate branded goods or establish comfort, durability, material composition, electronic function or technical performance. Additional photos answer visible questions; they do not create a product warranty. Consider protection during transit separately when choosing packaging.
Should I accept, recheck or return the item?
Request a recheck, approve the item with a recorded limitation, or begin an eligible return or exchange. Keep unresolved items out of the outgoing parcel and save the support response. Review a replacement’s own photos rather than approving it automatically. Storage and return deadlines continue to need attention while you wait.
| Finding | Next action | Keep a record of |
|---|---|---|
| A required view is missing | Request that view before deciding | The request and applicable deadline |
| Colour difference may be caused by lighting | Ask for a clearer comparable image | The selected option and new photo |
| Wrong label, missing part or visible damage | Request an issue review and eligible remedy | Option screenshot, photo and response |
| Only authenticity or performance remains uncertain | Recognise that photos cannot settle it | The limitation and your buying decision |

Common questions
Does a warehouse inspection authenticate an item?
No. Treat it as a check of visible features within the service’s stated scope.
Should I approve an item when an important view is missing?
Request the view first if it could change your decision, and check the return deadline while waiting.
Does a correct size label prove that a garment will fit?
No. Compare actual measurements and the cut of the item with your own reference.
Does “GL” mean a product is guaranteed to be good?
GL is community shorthand for accepting what is visible; RL indicates a concern. Neither term is a warranty, authentication result or substitute for reviewing your own item.
Can many old QC photos replace inspection of my order?
No. Other purchases can help you choose what to look at, but options, batches and individual condition can differ.
